The estate was to benefit from a new 50mm water supply fed by bore hole, new bio sewer system, 2 ground source heat pumps with over 800 m of drilled bores holes to provide hot water and underfloor heating throughout with a solar field. Internally new electrics and plumbing, cast iron radiators, 6 new bathrooms, 9 bedrooms, 2 plant rooms and store units, a dining room, sitting room, library. Externally a new mains electric feed upgraded and pole relocated. A new water storage system and pump room. External sensor lighting. New cast iron gutter throughout. New and refurbished windows and doors. New drainage, soak aways and damp proofing systems. 1000’s of sq meters of lime mortar raked out and repointed to match with internal lime render. Sandblasting to affected walls, 180 sq meter reclaimed slate roof installed over new oak A-frames. Major structural repairs to all barns with new concrete ring beam and reinforcement procedures. Archeological monitoring and sign off. Ecological monitoring by Nature England. Landscaping work.
