Extensive Chapel Renovation

Description

The specification for this project was to obtain planning consent, with a design and build format. The old chapel was divided into two units both two bedroom cottages. We tried to modernise whilst keeping original feature designs to ensure the integrity of this building.

Building Spec

The chapel was an extensive renovation with new substructure. The existing granite walls were retained, the result was a complicated project consisting of underpinning wall foundations, new floor slabs, refurbishing exterior stonework. With natural slate roof fitted to a new cut roof, internal floors, services and all associated building works our objective was complete.
